It is a Canadian based company, with a Miami office, that specializes in the marketing and promotion of small inns, bed & breakfasts, vacation rentals by owner, and independent hotels, in the Caribbean and internationally. We endeavor to provide superior marketing services to owner operators. We will work with the owner operator to develop and manage a winning marketing strategy to maximize the use of the Internet in the promotion and marketing of their property and its day-to-day management. Through our experience and approach for boutique service, we’ve developed a formula to increase profitability and viability of owner operated properties. CrossWinds Marketing is comprehensive in its approach. We begin with a physical architectural inspection to determine layout and improvements for better curb appeal and service.
